I’m Karman, a licensed therapist in the state of Texas, and my mission is to create a supportive space where you can explore your story, heal past hurts, and grow into more grounded, connected versions of yourself. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in safe connection—and that understanding your story can open the door to lasting change.
I’m especially passionate about helping people who feel stuck in familiar patterns—anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection—find clarity, inner strength, and a deeper sense of belonging within themselves.
